Our approach
In this application KINE built a specific multipurpose gripper, conveyors, tools and sensor systems to handle different types of items. Automatic functions are typically controlled by either a PLC and a robot controller. User interface can be for example a touchscreen-based panel PC or a tablet.
KINE's systems are designed and built around customer's needs and delivered as complete solutions from design to deployment to final commissioning.
A turn-key solution
Design of a system begins with definition of goals and factors of production.
System functions are coded into system control software, then simulated using a three-dimensional model, and adapted to the actual production premises.
The system is assembled and tested at KINE premises; the customer gives its approval by verifying that the system works as intended.
Finally, the system will be moved to the customer's facilities in such way that any pause in production is minimized.
