The flexibility of the robot allows the system to be adapted to the different types of motors being tested.
The devices on the wrist, which must be approached to the engine in different positions according to the mechanical design of the engine, allow to perform measurements concerning the intake and exhaust quantities, as an essential part of the test cycle for each engine signing-off.

Engine testing is an essential step in the production process, intended to guarantee the product quality.
In particular, the cold test bench is designed and manufactured to test the proper operation of the dynamic, fluidic and electric components of the engines under production without starting them.
Here, a rotary table used to load the engine can combine a high versatility of the system (capable of testing 3 or 4-cylinder engines indifferently, with several plugging options) with a considerable automation level (which ensures a very reduced cycle time).
A wide range of measuring instruments enables the operator to carefullly analyze the engine operation as well as to carry out a final quality check of the production process, thus ensuring the greatest reliability for the following assembly steps.
